InVesalius is a software (GNU GPL 2) build in collaboration with the community. It generates 3D medical imaging reconstruction based on a sequence of 2D DICOM files acquired with CT or MRI equipments, providing several visualization tools. InVesalius is available for GNU Linux, MS Windows.
